| Merve in a Glass of Water is made up of the footage when the artist recorded her first videos of this kind; thinking that she would not actually use the footage. Like the ephemeral quality in something that is done for the first time, it captures a very unique state of the artist. Along with forcibly told stories, conversations are trying to be made with the viewer, yet the three personas' conflict upon the dominance of their speeches results in lack of communication. |
